I think jhon is the best mechanic in canyon country i'll tell you this, no one works as hard as this man and his staff!!!!! I will never take my car anywhere else I don't care if I buy a airplane he'll still be the number one mechanic in Southern California.

I wouldn't recommend this repair shop to anybody that's having problems with no start/no crank or any sort of electrical problems.Jhon really has no clue on troubleshoot and test any electrical car equipment and fail to do a proper battery connections inspection. I ended up paying them $450 for unnecessary repairs (starter and starter relay) on my Lexus IS which at then didn't fix the problem. All it needed was some cleaning on the starter cable terminal connector with a wire brush and a new positive battery terminal which I ended up doing myself, after Jhon(Owner) wanted to pull a fast one again from me, telling me that I had to change all my battery wiring because has corrosion right after I had already payed the $450. At least he gave me the clue where the problem was. After dealing with Jhon my opinion about him is that he's a crook or he has lack of experience or both. They gave me a 3 year warranty for the starter, but honestly even if that cheap remanufactured starter would go bad in the next day or so I wouldn't take my car with them "NEVER AGAIN" even if is covered with any kind of warranty. Thanks for nothing Jhon Wright.

I purchased 3 lifetime oil change contracts in 2008 for over 200.00 each. 2 of my cars only had 3 oil changes each using those contracts. Now since there is a new owner, they do not want to honor the contracts and will only offer a 36.99 credit towards their $76 oil change. I can get oil changes from the dealerships for half that price. I met the new owner the first day that they reopened and spoke with him about the contracts I also spoke with the manager in regards to the contracts and they made an agreement with me that they would honor the contract on one of my cars as long as I had my other service's done with them. Now they do not even want to honor that agreement.

James, We are only trying to be fair and although the new ownership did not make those agreements with you, we are only doing what is fair for both of us. Now in your review you stated quote " we would honor those service contracts as long as you did the other work with us". We haven't seen you in almost 6 months, and on your last visit we had made some additional recommendations which to this day you have not come in to have those completed by us. We are only trying to be fair for everyone and make everyone happy on the same token. If you are only coming in for those services that you did not pay the new ownership anything for, without doing other services that were recommended then that is only fair for only one party. We wish you all the best and if you need anything you know where we are.

Don and John,Thank you for making it right for my son! He paid for a 4 wheel brake job to the previous owners in 2016. The rear brakes were never touched! Shame on you, old man Halsey and Beto! you put my son's life at risk. Don and John made the previous owner sin right!

I brought my 1983 Mitsubishi in and they were very honest. It had been sitting for a while (8 years) so they said they will look it over first before repairing it. They charged us a really good rate to look it over and was honest with us about how much it would cost to fix it. The cost was around the value of the truck so we chose not to repair it. But they did everything they could, I really appreciated there honesty. I would defiantly take vehicles to them in the future.

It's been a few years since you shared your feedback, but I didn't want to miss a chance to say thanks! This shop excellent since they new management took over. The quality of their work is top notch. They do not use after market cheap stuff. All oem if availavble is used. They do quality work for a a fair price. They warrantee their work and are honest on their diagnosis.
