This place was recommended by the Old Canyon Country crowd. (They know Halsey, they knew his dad, yada yada.) So I took my Celica there several times. Every time I went, I felt like the guy that owns the place was not listening, would not make eye contact, and would like to be doing anything but working on cars. But I pushed that aside hoping this shop was a gem in disguise. I had them do minor work, a major repair, plus several oil changes. I did not notice that they were any cheaper than Frontier Toyota. Then one day, I picked up my car and 2 blocks down the street, it stopped running right in the middle of the intersection of Via Princessa and Sierra. (I got my first "lady's crash course" in pushing a car through traffic to the curb!) I phoned them, and to their credit, they drove over and started troubleshooting. They said they didn't reconnect something properly and it fell apart. That was the last time I went there. (For sure, the owner doesn't miss me, my car or my business).
I'm sorry you got that impression of myself or my business. Every customer is of equal importance to us here, and we do all we can to go above and beyond, whether for minor maintenance or a major repair. While the blame is on us for the incident in which your car stalled out, I'm glad we were able to troubleshoot right away and get you back on the road quickly. I can assure you you'll receive nothing but top-notch service from us moving forward, and I hope you'll consider choosing us again if you need work done on your car in the future. -John Wright, Owner
