I took my 2006 prius here cause my usual mechanic couldn't fix a brake sytem problem, among other things. They were honest and upfront with what I needed to repair and what could wait. They were able to repair everything in a week. I'm extremely pleased with the results. I definitely will switch too Halsey Auto as my new Mechanics.

My engine on my Kia Optima Hybrid 2014 had blown unexpectedly and I was fortunate to have purchased an after market warranty. The site they use “repair pal” had Halsey’s as a local shop in Canyon Country with high rating and years of service in my community. They also listed specializing in hybrid vehicles...let me tell you they did not disappoint, the warranty company I had was not the easiest to work with and they fought on my behalf to limit my out of pocket expense...Holly and Brian kept me well informed throughout the process and I am happy to report the work done was excellent and my car is back on the road and better than ever! Thank you Halsey’s, this shop will now be my first stop for any car service!

Great customer service by both Holly and Brian...they keep me updated and helped deal with my after market warranty company...service done was to my satisfaction and I would not hesitate making this shop my first choice for any of my cars needs, as well as I would highly recommend to anyone looking for honest and knowledgeable service in the canyon country/SCV area!!!
