Very helpful staff. Had my 2005 Prius dropped off after hours. Easy drop off envelope to fill out and slot to drop in. With-in a couple of days I had my car returned. They worked with me on time and figuring out my issue. No pressure into performing additional findings on the car. Simply informed me that there was also a couple of items that may be addressed at a later date aside from my initial concern. I had a separate issue arise while driving 2 weeks after. Again had it dropped off after hours on a Friday night. Received a call from Bryan the following day. He assisted me with the charges as their findings were inconclusive. I picked up the car with no issue. Strange. However it is working well. Looking for an independent that’s trustworthy check out Halsey’s.

I was perturbed that the underneath cover was falling off. I starting searching, called Halsey my first choice and hit the jack pot! As soon as I went in their office, looking aggravated, John understood my inaudible description assessed the problem and fixed it efficiently! John handled my aggravation and car in a professional manner! Thanks again

Halsey's is awesome!! I've been bringing my cars here for years and never had a problem. I was there last week and John and Brian were fantastic. they are honest, hard working, reasonable, and always get the job done. I had a very odd problem with my car, but John and Brian figured out an unconventional way to make the repairs and save me about $1,500 in the process. I will continue to bring my cars to Halsey's.
