I don't leave reviews often, but John & his team always go out of their way to make things easy. With no appointment, I dropped in with an issue with my car. Not only did John remember the last time I was there, but his mechanic took a look at it and gave me a detailed estimate on what it would take to fix it. I've used several shops in SCV, and found these guys to be one of the good ones.

I just purchased a Mitsubishi Montero 4x4 and was looking for someone to go over it and do the repairs. I was familiar with Halsey's because old man Halsey and my father were friends and I knew that it was under new ownership but I decided to go ahead and check them out. Both Sam and John were very helpful. Even through all of my never ending questions and the difficulty of getting the parts, they never faltered on getting it fixed. I still have more things to be done to this vehicle and I will not hesitate to go back and have them do all the work. Thank you Sam and John.

Being new in the area, I researched out various automotive centers for a recent engine issue I was having. I noticed that this location had all 5 stars consisting of a number of reviews and not just a few. Having taken my car there along with the service that was done, I can truly see why all the reviews were 5 stars. Although no one wants to face a repair, Sam and the crew was nothing less than professional and most of all, caring of what the customer needs are. I must say, I do not recall ever leaving a review before, but this time I simply felt the need to do so. Thanks for the honesty, and the time taken to make what is really not an experience anyone wants to go through, but no better people to go through it with than those I encountered.

Took my Chevy Suburban in today for a couple minor repairs. They got right to work on it and had it all done while I had lunch at Toppers Pizza across the street. Sam and his crew exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend them. Will be definitely be bringing my car back. Great service, affordable price.
